The International Association of Penal Law (IAPL) is organising its XXIst Congress in Paris
This organisation has been entrusted to the Paris Panthéon-Assas University, specifically to the Paris Institute of Criminology and Penal Law (ICP), in collaboration with the French Association of Penal Law (AFDP), which represents the national group "France" at the IAPL.
